I have one ear that is a very big problem for me. They have worked miracles with my hearing aid to make it work. Everyone has a good sense of humor and are very kind I am recommending them very highly.

Tina took great care of me! I had come back from my vacation and my charger was on the fritz. Tina swapped mine out and fixed me up with new rechargeable batteries and my hearing aids work like new. Dixon and Tina are both knowledgeable and very helpful.

While on vacation I realized that I had not brought my wax guards with me. I called miracle ear, even though they are not the brand that I have, talked to Tina Smith and she said come on in and we will see what we can do. Tina pulled out her bag of tricks and lo and behold she had the correct guards for my aides. Tina was so nice, that if I lived here , I would only do business with her. Tina went out of her way to help an old man in need, otherwise I would have gone for the next two weeks saying Huh? Thanks Tina, you are one in a million. Roy Smith from Iowa.

I have used hearing aides for most of my life. Miracle Ear has always been the choice for quality value and durability. I visit the office for routine cleaning and maintenance. This office in particular has been my BEST experience by far. Dixon the hearing specialist is very knowledgeable and truly there to make your quality of life better. He will ensure you have the right hearing instrument and it fits in your ear properly. Great customer service. I was equally impressed with the receptionist Tina. She will have a smile and a mind upbeat demeanor the moment you walk in the doors! Thank you guys again for such a great visit!

I am very disturbed with the Miracle Ear company located at Parkway Drive in Vancouver, Washington, for not living up to their: "Risk free offer"-Which is that "The aids must be returned within 30 days of delivery if not completely satisfied and 100% of the purchase price will be refunded" When I returned the aids I had purchase for nearly $7,000.00 the store manager Susan Sims refused to negotiate my claim even though I had completely lived up to my part of the transaction. Until this claim is filed with the company headquarters and I received the money they owe me I will continue to press the issue. The biggest mistake they make is that I will back down. never!!
