The team at Mind Connections are very professional. I always receive the best care and support, particularly from Dr Ismail. I highly recommend Mind Connections.

Dr Howpage is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I would highly NOT recommend this doctor. She needs to be referred to a psychologist as she is having some issues.

Fufilling

The staff at Mind Connections are warm, caring and actively listen to you. They are flexible regarding cancellations and when you are running late, and their rTMS programme is professionally run. Overall, very happy with their offering and patient-focussed approach to business.

very poor psychiatrist, they just get your money and wants the patient to do the work for them. They don't reply to calls or emails. No duty of care towards people at risk.

Very poor doctors, do not care at all about helping people and just want money. I was dismissed by one psychiatrist and given another so i had to pay two initial consults, second psychiatrist tried to send me back to the first, forgot what meds he prescribed me, misdiagnosed me multiple times and didn’t listen to a thing I said. This place is a joke and spits on the hippocratic oath. These practitioners should be ashamed and clients should avoid this place if possible.

I do not recommend going to this place whatsoever unless you want to have a rushed appointment, be laughed at and be written the wrong prescription and instructions to take your medication. I only saw the clinical director so I can't speak for the other psychiatrists.
