I have lived in the complex since they opened just over 3 years ago. My 8 year daughter and I have been very happy there. Sonia and Liz and Jesus have always been attentive to our needs and repairs. I give them an A rating

I want to first start by thanking Liz. I made a huge move from Massachusetts and from the very beginning Liz helped me with everything I needed. She was very patient and answered all 5,000 of my questions. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by not only Liz, but the other staff. This place is so welcoming and the staff are all so helpful. Parking was VERY straightforward. The place is very well kept and maintenance is definitely on top of everything. If I could give an extra star, I totally would. 10000% recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury apartment living experience.

After a long and frustrating month of apartment hunting, I finally found my dream home! Assistant Property Manager Naelli was so wonderful with assisting me! Not only was she able to extend a promotion at the time I applied, she helped make my whole move in experience pain less! I love how quick her response times were to my emails and how anytime I called the front office, she or someone was available to speak. It made me feel really valued as an applicant especially considering the timeframe that I needed to be out of my old spot. Upon move in, I noticed that my apartment unit was spotless! I searched up and down, high and low, and all over for scratches, stains, etc but could not find one. This has been the smoothest move in experience I could've ever wished for and I am so grateful for Naelli, Liz and Property Manager Sonia for their amazing service! If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. You've found it!

The apartments are really pretty. But overall the stay has been 4/10. Me and my partner have gotten towed 5 times since being here for a YEAR and it’s $300 each time to get vehicles out (next morning pick up) (not even 24 hours) when we already pay to park here. As far as living in apartments the walls are VERY thin so we can hear EVERYTHING upstairs, and both sides of apartments, conversations and all. The office ladies are very nice but the only one who does have some sense in is Sonia. If your just moving there to have something “pretty” that’s all your getting everything else is played out.

My Husband and I applied over a week ago in office. The leasing office said we would know if we were approved within 2 days. The first email we got was on the same day we applied and it stated that we were approved with certain conditions. I had to keep calling to check on the status, they had us send in our bank statements. Business filings. No one returned emails or calls. I understand people get busy, but I never even received calls or emails back as promised. The last time she said she sent our application to the district manager to be approved. I had to call again and check on that. All of the wait to just say I’m denied and I would receive an email why, but it was literally the same email I got the same day I applied. That I was approved with conditions. Just a waste of time. They could have told us from the beginning. No need to send all this information over include my business registration. Very unprofessional. I’m glad it didn’t work out because if we did move in I could only imagine needing something and they just put you on the back burner. I know I will find something better just a blessing in disguise. I honestly would have felt better if they would have kept it professional kept us updated and denied us the next day instead of all the waiting and calling.

i've lived here a couple months now and i absolutely love it. ms. sonia has helped me since day 1 of my apartment hunting process and she and the rest of the team here has continued to be of such of help for any minor inconvenience that comes up. the ladies here truly care about you and it's very refreshing. while i do wish there was a tad bit more visitors parking and the towing policies are kind of annoying but it's not anything that's super unrealistic for me at least. nonetheless i love my apartment and i'm glad i choose this one over my other choices :)
