Staff has been very cordial, helpful, and patient as I am a first time renter. The assistance provided has been nothing short of professional. The web app is very user friendly as well. I’m really looking forward to living in the unit I’ve found through them!
We have been very happy with our experience with Milan Enterprises. The application and leasing process has been so easy and smooth to get through. The whole staff have been very kind to us and helpful during our rushed time to find a new place. I would highly recommend using this company and we are so excited to start our new journey in our new place!

My family has lived in the Autumn Ridge Apartments for almost 10 years. We have truly loved living here. The office staff is friendly and they have helped me on several occasions when I called with questions. The maintenance staff is great! When I need something fixed in the apartment, they will come and fix the problem in a timely matter. 😊
My rental acquisition and move in experience has been fantastic thus far with Millan. Everyone in the office was very helpful even when challenges arose. They made my rapid lease and move-in timeline possible and as smooth as physically possible. I have yet to experience any maintenance issues so I cannot speak to the efficiency of that service but I will update when/if it becomes necessary.
