I recently purchased a 2023 VW Jetta from Beverly Whittington. I picked out the car I wanted online, scheduled a test drive online, walked in and walked out with my keys two hours later. Put a 500 deposit down on a vehicle. Before I did I asked whether it was refundable or not I did not receive an answer (I have email proof) However, when I decided the I didn't want the vehicle I was told that I wasn't getting my deposit back . In other words I was never told deposit was nonrefundable until after I didn't want to go through with the purchase. Even though I clearly have an email asking about the deposit but was never answered. Seriously, im incredibly disappointed especially since I'm a huge VW person. I will never buy another VW again.

My airbag light keeps coming on and I have been to VW in Florence twice only to be told nothing is wrong. The last time I was there I was told my data was sent to the technical department and I have not heard back. The fact that this light keeps coming on is worrying me.
