I hate going to the dentist because I have extremely sensitive teeth. I have been using Midtown Dentistry for the past year. My experiences have been very pleasant beginning with the professionalism of the staff. Ms. Shannon at the front desk is very pleasant and accommodating with scheduling and explaining plans and costs. The staff listens to my concerns and have made my visits more comfortable than expected. The hygienist, Valentina, is great. She is careful not to spray cold water on my sensitive teeth. Dr. Rafi has a gentle touch when injecting local anesthesia into my gums. While going to the dentist is still one of my least favorite things to do, Midtown Dentistry has made my experience more comfortable aiding me in staying on top of my personal dental care.
