Nice experience good technicians prompt delivery

Extremely delayed service process and I had to call them daily for a week to know the updates since they won't call you to update. It would have been better if they could give service estimate date and attend the customers better. Gave my faulty Redmi Smart band for replacement and I had to call the redmi service centre and customer care so many times to get it fixed even after submitting all the tax invoice copy and stuffs. Wouldn't buy or recommend Mi products again to anybody from this bitter experience.

The service was good but took time to complete it

I changed my mobile battery in Tirunelveli MI Service Center. After that, the volume was very low and I use headphones I hear the sound outside, motherboard problem. very very poor service.

Worst place. They only think about charging us in as many ways as possible as soon as they know the phone is out of warranty
