Looks like a very chic store. They want to sell you all sorts of things. Unfortunately when you have done that you will notice that the warranty was up to the door. Arrogant shop, especially Sylvia knows how to keep customers from coming back next time. Once but never again - you get even better service at the Kwantum.

We also thought we would support the local entrepreneur by buying (expensive) paint, but we are very sorry. The lady who helped us was very nice, but we had trouble with the owner. Discounts were out of the question when purchasing large loads of paint. Well fine, we can live with that. But when asked if we could exchange an UNOPENED pot of paint for a different color, it was very difficult to do and left open whether it was even possible. In short, bad service. Unfortunately we had already paid. We bought all our other pots of paint from the same brand elsewhere, with a discount and EFFORTLESS returns (even money back was possible). In any case, we will never buy anything from MiCasa again.
