Pathetic service experience!! My car wash not washed or cleaned properly, the service advisor Kareem has no time to listen to customers, he just run around delivering cars untidy and not accepting his mistakes. He says this is the best we can do ! That shows how irresponsible Inter Emirates motors are when it comes to customer service and also hiring employees!! Will never buy any of their products again and will never suggest to anyone!!
owning MGZST since Nov 2021 and below are the summary :- battery changed after 8 months because it was literally watery inside. brakes pads changed after 15 months and it was completely off with sounds and signs on dashboard again yesterday i dropped the vehicle for 40k service and car received dirty, hot and not even washed or cleaned with a towel in addition they said battery need to change and when i agreed and confirmed to change today am receiving the vehicle with same battery cause the battery is out of stock zero service zero after sale service zero satisfaction cheap and quality literally regretted for my decision to own this brand
I had an extremely pleasant experience at MG service center. Mr. Cyril was excellent in attending to all my requests. Thank you MG for having such attentive and supportive team members. Very satisfied with the job done and the time taken. Special appreciation to Mr. Cyril for his clear, genuine, honest and straightforward information passing that is highly commendable.
Extremely Disappointing Service Experience** I recently took my MG vehicle to the authorized service center, which claims to be one of the best car brands in the UAE. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My car was first serviced on 23/05/2024, and shockingly, the condition was better before the service. The vehicle was returned to me full of dust, mud, and bird droppings, indicating it had been parked outside overnight on the roadside. If there is no water service available, the least the service center could do is take measures to keep the cars safe and clean. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on quality service. Think twice before buying an MG vehicle, as my experience has made me question whether it was the worst decision of my life.
