If I could give negative stars I WOULD! Service department is a JOKE! Not only do they lie time after time but they damaged my brand new $120k camper! They’ve had it for 4 months for repairs and I have to call and track them down for answers on the status only to be continuously lied to. I can see why camping world kicked them out. The fact that they’re still in business shocks me and I hope people read this review and think twice about dealing with them. They are completely incompetent!

We purchased a 2020 Coachmen Spirit Ultralite from Meyer's this summer and our pick up date was Sept 3, 2022. The day we picked it up, we had a nice walk thru, learning all the ins and outs of the new to us camper. We left 2 days later for a week long trip in the Poconos. After 2 days of rain, we realized we were getting soapy drips under the camper. We soon realized the gray tank was leaking. I immediately called Meyer's to let them know. Upon looking for said leak, we discovered that BOTH gray and black tanks were FULL! They hadn't even emptied them. Nor had they shampooed the carpet that was stained when we did our first walk thru. We paid the mandatory $895 for the service "inspection" and they didn't even empty the tanks?? Now, I realize it's probably on us that we didn't check, but really?? Then, when they did finally come get the camper to take it in for the leak, they returned it in the exact same condition, a week later, still leaking. Once again I called to let them know we still had the same problem. They came back, took the camper back for service, and AGAIN did not fix it. We were told we needed a new gray tank. It could not be fixed. So, after waiting over 3 months, with repeated calls to the service department, we finally got our new gray tank installed. Of course, it's now the end of December in Western New York and it's been winterized so we can't exactly test it. But the real kicker is that the camper came back completely FILTHY on the inside. Sticky stuff all over the counters. Tons of sticky dirty mess on the floors, broken glass on the floor, metal staples all over. Seriously? Why has customer service become so thoroughly disgusting? I do want to say we had a reasonable sales experience, but the service after has been deplorable. I would STRONGLY suggest that if you ever plan to purchase a camper here (or anywhere) hire an outside inspector to check it out. It will save you tons in the long run, rather it's money or time or frustration. It will more than pay for itself. All in all, we love our camper. So glad we have this to enjoy. Happy camping all.
The 5 stars is for Amanda in Title department of Bath, NY. My experience was not the best in purchasing a new RV. However I was lucky enough to speak to Amanda that works with the Titles. She went completely out of her way to help me in many other area's where others drastically dropped the ball. THANK YOU AMANDA. Kevin J Arndt
Its like buying a car, you never know if you got a good deal. I can say that I was treated fairly and with respect by Don. He new the type of camper we wanted and we ended up buying used but that was the style we wanted. It was a hot day but Don took us to several campers before we bought the one we are picking up tomorrow. I look forward to having the team at Myers teach me all phases of hooking up and setting up. They build this into every sale.
We just upgraded our Rockwood pop up to a hybrid Kodiak Cub from Meyers RV this July. An excellent experience from start to finish. Even during a pandemic with limited stock, the professionals at Meyers went above and beyond to find the perfect camper for our family of 5 + a dog. No other dealer had anything else comparable on quality and price. We absolutely love our unit and have already gotten compliments on it and always highly recommend Meyers. From the first day that Stephanie showed us around the lot in Churchville until the day we picked up our unit, Rob Celeste worked tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service. Larry in victor also worked with the team to show us a few different models along the way. Adam in finance simplified the typically stressful process of financing a trade up with clear professionalism. Thanks Meyers! - Jon in Fairport
