I had a great sales experience here and then everything went downhill. Customer service and the service department itself is horrendous. Goodluck if you need anything fixed. They NEVER answer the phone and instead send it to voicemail. Which after years of dealing with them, not one call has ever been returned. I’ve had to physically drive 40 minutes to get an answer on my recall repair. My camper sat for 7 months waiting for a recall to be fixed. After many trips there (since the phone goes unanswered) we were told that it was done. It has now been 5 months and I just got a letter from Jayco that the recall was in fact NOT done. Many phone calls were made to ask for proof/paperwork and still no answer. Completely unreliable after the sale has been made.

We purchased a fold down camper. When we tried to set up at home, the door had issues. Update 9/2022--just tried to sell our camper and found out that there is water damage to the wood in the roof. The technician does not believe the damage could have been just from the one year we owned it. We believe that Johnston sold us the camper knowing that it had a leak and that the water damage began before they sold it to us. 😡 Looks great to an unsuspecting buyer, but this camper now needs a completely new roof...at an estimate of $4,500.

This year we purchased a Jayco 31v Class A motor home. There were several issues from the manufacturer that we encountered upon delivery. After meeting with the Aaron Johnston, the owner of Johnston RV we discussed each problem in detail. Aaron was very customer focused and he was aggressive in solving each one of our concerns. He and his service team did an excellent job in handling what was overwhelming to us. Thanks to Aaron and his service team for all of the help.

Our sales person Ron was great. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions and gave us insight that we hadn't thought of. Very honest and straightforward. Mike, the finance director, took the time with us as well, to go over warranty options. However, we would have preferred this information at the time of the sale, as it raised our financing a bit. Our delivery person, Nick, and Service Manager, Dell, were also great and fixed our pre-delivery inspection concerns. Dell is very knowledgeable and personable. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, communicated with us well, and were helpful. Johnston is an honest dealer that looks out for their customers.

We purchased our 2019 Jayco 28 BHS on Valentines day, it was on display at the Greece Mall. We camped for the month of May and we found a few issues with our new pride and joy. We took it back to Johnston RV Country and they fixed everything, no questions asked! Needless to say, we are very Happy Campers, customer service is top notch! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! That is how customer service is supposed to work!
