Had a wonderful experience with the service department at Burnworth-Zollars this morning. Super friendly and professional. Took great care of me and my Jeep and went above and beyond for me. Good people. I highly recommend them for your Jeep needs.
This dealership is such a joke. Have bought many vehicles from here. And each one has been a Non-Stop hassle. And by God if they can't make a dollar off of you they will not call you back. They want your vehicle for pennies on the dollar and they want to sell their vehicles for $10 on the dollar. I've been dealing with this dealership since long before it became burnzwoth. Unfortunately all of my experiences since the transition have been painstaking. Honestly I hate the fact that I have to make this post especially since I am local and I really wish that I could deal with the dealership more frequently than I do. However they make it hard to do so because they are not customer oriented they are about making that dollar each and every time. Almost every time that I've been here I've had to barter and bicker and argue about the price. Just a matter of my opinion alone I got a much better experience at another dealership on my last purchase. I actually felt like that dealership ( won't mention) wanted to make sure that I left satisfied.
Found a Challenger online and zipped up to Nappanee and bought it. Great people,small town atmosphere and super clean facility. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice. I'm glad I had the opportunity to buy my car from them.
Fantastic people here. If you live anywhere near them or have had a bad experience with a bad dealership do yourself a favor and give these folks a chance. Worth the trip especially if you think your only other choice is the horrible dealership in Mishawaka! Go see Jaylen, you won't be sorry! We have purchased 4 Ram trucks in 6 years, 3 brand new and these people have hands down been the best to work with. They honor veterans as well. They changed our view of vehicle buying experience for the best. No slimy sales people here, nice selection and fair prices.
John Snyder was attentive and very helpful in our process. We were pressed for time on finding our vehicle because our situation and he was able to make it happen for us the exact vehicle we were looking for it’s incredible and we are so excited and happy!!
