I was recommended to this business by my uncle who had a loss a few months prior because of how satisfied he was with the service and the owner. I lost my best friend very suddenly and the owner was easy to deal with even while I was distraught. He treated him with the most respect I could ever ask for and I would recommend this place to anyone who has had one of their best friends recently pass. He assured me multiple times that he would take good care of him and he even allowed me to include his favourite toy to be cremated with him. RIP Dante 😔

The people here are some of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. They truly know how much your pet means to you and go the extra mile. Deserves more than 5 stars.

We have been going with Metro Pet Crematory for years and so has my family members. They pick up our pets quickly and treat them with the respect they deserve. My son lost his cat that he had for 16 years to cancer. There was a mix up with a chain with cross that we ordered him. The vet called them and they said they were busy but could have it back to us by Monday as this was on a Friday. I explained that my son was very attached to his cat and that we ordered the Chain with cross with his ashes in it as he was having a hard time loosing him. Within a few hours metro pet crematory had the cross at the vet for us to pick up for my son. They are truly amazing and will keep going to them and I will always direct anyone I know to them. Best place ever did my babies with such compassion and love.I appreciate all the care you gave my babies even keeping my baby in her favorite blanket for cremation and the urns and my necklace that carries there ashes was so much appreciated ❤️

I'm sure he would say our experience was Bizarre, I brought my best friends rabbit to be cremated as he had passed, and as I arrived home my beardie had passed as well, so he see me twice that day. I was not having a good day to say the least. For both situations that day, he was so thoughtful, polite and kind, and as a mom of four who were heart broken, he was so kind to my daughter as she handed him our boy Kilgharrah. The box my old guy came home in is beautiful to say the least. They were quick, and professional, while also very compassionate and responsive. My boy will be with me forever now, and all the rates were so reasonable, and the quality of the box (I chose cherry wood) were just amazing. Thank you so much for helping me, and my friend on such a bizarre and heart breaking day. You guys are really incredible for the work you do.
