Internet service is great but i have request please provide the customer support service on public holidays and also a plan freezing option too..rather then this issues the service is good

Its a good Internet service provider

Internet is excellent and the customer support is also upto the mark. The only problem is that there is huge reduction in speed from 7 pm to 12am. I have plan of 50Mbps during the whole day I get the whole promised speed but in the evening it gives only 1-5mbps which is very unsatisfying. Internet provider kindly look into this matter for growing in the market. Edited:- After giving a complaint the internet provider solved the problem ASAP. You can go for the 'Metalink Internet ' without thinking twice. Note:- If you want constant speed then you should have dual band wifi router as it is fibre internet connection.

There have been most frequent fluctuations within the network. The Customer Service Desk facility is poor.

Good Speed, and downtime is almost 00:00 from last couple of months. This is unbelievable right? Thank you for the best service in town.
