Meridian Care Living Centre

Meridian is very well organised, well equipped with very capable caregivers and with a wonderful and knowledgeable management. They know what they are doing. Meridian is recommended, keep up the good work.

Meridian Care Living Centre looks after my mother in law. They do an exceptional job and the staff go above and beyond. My MIL is treated like a family member. She suffers from dementia and depression. Since she has been in the care of Meridian I feel that her mood has lifted tremendously and her dementia stabilised. They keep her busy with activities and exercises and keep her company when she is lonely (we reside overseas unfortunately). Everyone including Shanti, Sheila, Subash and Lakshmi truly care for their residents. Dr Kaya looks after my MIL and she is both thoroughly professional and caring for the residents. As a final note I just want to add that as a member of the medical profession, practicing in a Western nation, I am impressed. Makes me proud to be a Malaysian to see this level of care.

MCLC follows the "Home away from Home" concept and is exactly how our uncle describes his surroundings and experience living at MCLC. We highly recommend MCLC. This is a five-star Assisted Living community and a perfect fit for our uncle.

I would like to take this opportunity to gratitude my heartiest thanks To Meridien Care Living Centre especially (DOOR STEP TRUST CARE SERVICES). Highly recommended care giver service. They are actually providing doorstep services for those who need continuous follow up and treatment. I love their Hospitality when it comes to treating patients. Kindly seek advice with Dr.Kaya. and do recommend this Trust Care Service to the people around who are ill. Dr.kaya service is the Bestest.

I cannot speak about meridian care living centre, but I would want to emphasise on their care giver services ( TRUST CARE SERVICES). Never ever, or even think of hiring a care giver from them to take care of your love one. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible health care service I’ve encountered. I am speaking as a doctor myself, that Dr. Kaya and her team is a total disappointment. I paid for their service for 10 days, but was only given a care giver for 3 days. In that 3 days,I encountered a care giver that ask for more payment (and persuaded not to inform the company) and also another one that cannot even carry my mother properly from the bed to the wheelchair. My mother nearly fell from the bed. They are lack of staff and they would not even bother or have the compassion to help or think for their client. When I ask for a refund, Dr. Kaya raised her voice and said that my request is unfair. I hope no one else will have to what me and my family go through these few days.
