Mending Hands Reiki

I’ve had a wonderful and unique experience in my reiki sessions with Emily over the past several weeks. As a newbie to the healing technique, I’ve experienced emotional grounding and a generalized sensitivity to the energy in my environment at large. She has recently incorporated Gua Sha therapy to my face in combination with my reiki and WOW what a tangible added benefit the increased circulation and fascia release has added to my overall therapy. I didn’t realize how much tension I hold in my jaw line and temporal areas until I received Gua Sha. Emily has a gentle yet effective technique that breaks up fascia without a lingering feeling of soreness. I’m excited that she introduced me to the technique and will continue to incorporate it with my reiki for maximal healing.
