Had a quote over the phone agreed to the rate, was only a very small area with stain, when he came he demanded extra money as he said he had to use chemicals to spray, I told him this was all organised in the quote with head office, so there was phone calls to & from the office, he still complained then said if I paid cash he might do something? Don’t bother with this company- they are a sham did nothing but saturate the carpet area & left cause I didn’t pay in cash- ruthless wonky, cash grabbers- go with someone else, who deserves your money for a job well done If I could leave NO STARS - I would. Scammers that’s how they work . Don’t bother go with someone else.

I had end of lease cleaning recently. The service wasn't as expected, the website was misleading- in relation to window cleaning. The positive part is punctuality and prompt response, but their is hidden costs than what's advertised on the website and agreed on the phone, and the cleaning quality is not of the standard missed plenty spots. I have contacted customer service while polite and professional, they didn't acknowledge that the website was misleading and advised me I have to pay extra for exterior window cleaning.

Sent a request for quote with clear details of items requiring cleaning, including measurement of each item and which item needs general maintenance vs deep clean. Got a call immediately and was provided a quote for $234. Booked the clean and the cleaner came over an hour early than expected, which was really annoying as we were still working. The cleaner did wait until closer to the booked time. When he came in and walked him through the space, he ended up charging us more. Claiming that we specified one of the items being a mattress instead of a sofa bed (incorrect as this is clearly listed in the original enquiry) and that the carpet requires deep cleaning instead of standard steam clean. When I showed him the email exchange, proofing that I was right, he aggressively argued and made it as if it was our fault. Since we were desperate to get the clean, we had to agree with the price, which ended up being $343. They didn’t even provide a receipt after the clean, had to follow up a few days after. The receipt came with the original quoted fees, when I queried that, they simply asked that I tell them how much and they’ll update the receipt without explaining the discrepancy. This is absolutely appalling and reading the other reviews, this company really needs to be shut down.

Additionally, the cleaner, Alvin, provided impeccable customer service and was very friendly and courteous. I can't recommend carpet bright enough.
