I am new to SWFL and was referred to Dr. Pugh’s practice. Super happy with my decision to have them in my corner! I initially came in and Sarah did my x-rays and was super friendly. For my second visit, Dr. Berry replaced a few old fillings (left handed!); no pain before, during or after. My most recent visit was for a cleaning. My hygienist Kelly cleaned my chiclets like she was caring for her own. I can’t wait for my next one! A truly great practice. Highly recommend!!!

Visiting the area from Georgia and I walked in without an appointment after chipping a tooth the day prior. They were able to fit me in within 30 minutes. Claudia and Dr. Berry were extremely professional and caring, rapidly assessed the issue and placed a filling. Very reasonably priced, and what could have taken all day to find an appointment on short notice was complete in about an hour. Highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly office staff. Myself and our 4 kids were able to book new patient appointments within a week or 2 of calling. Very pleased with the level of care we received and the cleanliness of the office. They do offer more than just cleanings and fillings, and provide ALL the information you need if you are interested in something extra, but aren't pushy about selling it, which is very refreshing. Insurance is not accepted at the office. All bills are paid up front out of pocket, but the office staff does submit your payment to your insurance for reimbursement for you. I'm waiting on the insurance reimbursement now, but I don't foresee any issues with that process. We saw Dr. Eisberg when we were there. She was very nice and explained all our dental exams and options. I am glad they have multiple dentists in the office to make scheduling and immediate care easier. We're very happy with our new dentist and recommend the office to anyone in the area.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pugh’s since moving to Bonita Springs over 4 years ago. We didn’t have major problems with our teeth or gums, although my husband needed some extra TLC with pockets in gums and a few other things. Those things have been resolved without any extractions or surgery. Dr. Pugh’s office staff are extremely friendly and helpful with checking in through checking out. My hygienist, Kelly is amazing. She listened to all issues and asked follow up questions to totally understand them. She is very knowledgeable and able to explain all things regarding my teeth. She does an excellent job at cleaning my teeth without pain or stress. Thank you for being as good as it gets!
