Work was.completed in a timely manner with charges not exceeding the estimate I was provided. Casey is very helpful and friendly. This was not my first time there. I have taken mine and my partner’s vehicles there with no negative service experiences whatsoever.
They are amazing answered all my questions and worked very hard to get my car fixed! From now on this is the only place I'll go for my car needs!
The staff is knowledgeable and skilled. Transparent on all things related to the maintenance of my vehicle and prices. While they were working on my vehicle they sent pics and kept me in the loop. I'm highly satisfied.
If I could give ZERO stars I would I honestly had good hopes going here the reviews are always good. I honestly thought it would be my new car place however I went in for a simple brake pad fix. I let them know I needed brake pads He then told me he could inspect them right now and let me know he asked me if the brakes are scraping I told him no because they had not been .after about 1 hour n 30 minutes for a simple break check he then proceeds to let me know i will need new rotors as well . I asked him how much he had the AUDACITY to tell me he would give me 2 $50 off coupons n the price would be $756 FOR BRAKES this price was so unreal to me I honestly feel they tried to get one over on me because I am a women he then told me "well we do offer financing n we could have the car done today " financing FOR BRAKES ??!?! I then let them know I would go elsewhere MIDAS told me my rotors were absolutely fine and all I needed was new break pads Midas fixed it for $140 Vs $756 with $100 off so your tell me it's $856 FOR BRAKES ??? MADE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE I could buy the whole kit myself for $250 $300 for argument sake I asked why they were so expensive he said "LABOR" so it cost $556 in labor avoid this place save money go to Midas
Stopped in for an oil change. Did not have to wait, they started right away and gave me a better price on a full synthetic oil change than the last place I used. EXCELLENT customer service, very friendly and nice staff! Made a few recommendations after a thorough inspection but no pressure to buy extras or parts I did not need. Very Happy with the Service...will Definitely Be Back.
