Great! Very professional and speedy!

I never usually take the time to write a review however I thought it was very necessary to take the time to express my gratitude to Caitlyn at Megha lab, I called several places and I had so many questions especially with the service that I needed to get done everywhere I called their customer service was absolutely horrible and the thought of my hair and their hands was even more horrific until I called Megha lab and spoke to Caitlyn from her professionalism and taking the time to calmly tell me what I will expect and that I am in good hands and sure enough when I got there she was so angelic, as a female knowing your hair has to be cut from the root, I can’t explain how scary that is, until you experienced that with your hair in Caitlyn‘s hands, she has a beautiful touch, and her energy is even more peaceful and I didn’t even feel the lost of my hair….I am so grateful that I found Caitlyn at Mega Lab, if there is anything that you need you must call and directly asked to speak to Caitlyn you will not be disappointed at all…..Thank you Caitlyn!! I had to bring my son in for services and there was a hassle and headache with the organization sending in the information and getting the appointment done. Spoke to Caitlyn and SHE WAS AWESOME. calmed my nerves. Took us early for our appointment. Also was SO SO HELPFUL with my 2 year old. She made the testing seamless for him. She reassured him and it was very simple. She was a true caring professional the entire time. She even took time interact with my older son and addressed both my children by name as we exited. Great attention to detail, awesome professionalism. She’s the real MVP. FACILITY WAS ALSO CLEAN. The gentleman up front was nice. But Caitlyn was a star.

Very personal experience. The lab tech was friendly and explained everything she was doing. This is a very clean environment.

Online it says the Covid test is free. I went and parked my car in the designated spot. Called the number on the sign for service and was asked “You’re aware the test is $150 correct?” I said no because online it said it was free. The lady on the phone said they are trying to get that changed on their website. If the updated information is not on their website they should have reached out over email with the new info stating the test is no longer free. I do not have insurance and unfortunately could not make that payment at the time. What a waste of time. Someone else could have taken my appointment. Please have better communication

Megalab office in Woodbridge has a great staff. They have a very friendly and quiet environment. They really know the work content. When it comes to customer service, they're perfect, they have good human relations. I went there to get my DNA test then and everything was perfect. Thank you. Especially Caitlyn Garcia God bless you
