Medrose Pharmacy and Medical Centre

Dr. Prashen Govender is an amazing family doctor. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I'm very satisfied with the care he provided and would highly recommended this medical center.

I gave a star coz I wanted to post the review.I had an appointment in the clinic at 11and we reached there sharp on time and when asked, the receptionist said that there was one patient ahead of us. We saw the Dr P. Govender going in n out of the clinic so many times while the other patient was waiting.She was called for consultation at around 12,I guess.Meanwhile,another new patient came there.Once the consultation was over he went out again (acts as if he is running two clinics at the same time,and running to cope up with the patients in both places).He came back and called the new patient in (Unless you check no one can say which is important).The receptionist,though good didn't have the courtesy to inform us (until we asked).Then another Dr.came and the receptionist saw that my condition was getting worse said, that I can meet her. Dr.Renu was nice.But we cancelled the request for making Dr P. Govender as the family Dr. as he behaved in a really unprofessional manner.We left the clinic at 2 in the afternoon.

Excellent clinic with knowledgable doctors. Very caring staff. Doctors pays close attention to one's medical needs, problems, and history. They gives full time and attention to the patient and do not rush. Their staff is also 5-star, keeping close contact with the patients to ensure they get the right treatment or diagnosis quickly.

I’ve just recently begun working at MedRose and I truly believe this clinic is entirely different than any other. The staff are kind and knowledgable. They prioritize patient comfort and safety while treating each patient with the most respect and empathy. The family physician ensures each patient’s concerns are heard and taken care of immediately. The pharmacy offers free delivery of medications, so patients are able to receive their diagnosis and treatment in one visit, making their experience as hassle-free as possible. As a nursing student I am grateful to be in an environment that resembles what healthcare should look like, and am looking forward to being a part of the wonderful care they provide!

Highly recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff were professional and diligent. My appointment was on time and the Dr. listened attentively to me, unlike many other clinics. The Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and carefully explained how to take my prescribed medication. Will definitely be making this my new Family Practice :)
