My mother moved to Mease Life approximately 8 months ago. She has a beautiful apartment. The staff and support network have been kind, helpful and have responded quickly to any requests. The Mease Community is vibrant and has really met our needs!

When I toured Ashleigh Masi made me feel very comfortable and made the admission process so easy. The complex is beautiful and so many activities are offered. My family member is being well cared for in the ALF by the wonderful staff on the second floor. The best part is their continuum of care.
Spacious rooms with balconies, all overlooking beautiful, well maintained grounds -with a pool. And the staff are very friendly and professional. My Mom loves living at Mease, and I have peace of mind knowing she's happy and well cared for.
Lol wat a joke this hospital is. My original hospital is countryside mease but there was a 3 hour wait so I decided to go to dunedin mease and I got treated with ABSOLUTELY NO CARE. I was severely dehydrated to the point where it was hard to breathe both nurses one seaming African American and the other Spanish. I didn’t catch the names so this was the only way I could describe them (Danielle was the name written on the bored). Let’s see, I was told that I’m not dehydrated that it was the medical Marijuana I’m prescribed. They gave me half a bag of iv which is rediculous. I should’ve at least had a whole one. I told them I’m still nauseous and dizzy could I pls have something before I leave and I was told no there’s no order in for you for nausea medicine and I can wait till Walmart opens to get a filled prescription in the morning and it is now 10 pm. So I am now going home sick and hurting still . Im convinced I was rushed out because in the beginning of my visit I was in so much pain that wen I called them I sort of yelled or caught attitude because that’s how uncomfortable I was I couldn’t even speak calmly I was in so much pain Im so appalled by how I was treated. And I will never be back and will inform all friends and family not to go to Dunedin mease emergency room wen night shift is on duty. Y’all suck.
Moved my father in Oct. 2020 ago, to Independent living.. After the loss of my mother, frustration of keeping up a 4 Bedroom house, he needed a change! Boy, has he changed! Attitude, desire to live have improved greatly. He has met so many other residents. The meals are restaurant quality, and a good selection daily. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! Large apts. with HUGE screened balconies. Transportation. The place runs like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!
My parents have lived in Mease Manor for 8 years. I've visited from out of town maybe 25 times. I have tremendous respect for how things are run at Mease Manor. It is not a chain. Those who lead Mease Manor take their responsibilities seriously. I was impressed that when a resident was facing a difficult situation a few months ago, the CEO came personally in the middle of the night to help the person. Residents are involved in making decisions. There is a good community atmosphere. This is where I would want to be if I lived nearby and was ready for a retirement home.
My great-aunt moved to Independent living at Mease Manor last December and is being forced out on New Years' Day because, without any medical documentation, they believe she should live in their ALF. This is a blatant attempt to strong arm seniors in to paying more money. The staff is consistently discourteous and rarely smile. Food is mediocre and friends/family pay exorbitant amounts to dine with residence. No wonder there are so many vacancies at this facility! Very disappointing considering it is in a great location!
I can not recommend Mease to anyone. My mother-in-law moved here because a lot of her friends live at Mease. The apartments are nice, but the food is horrible. My daughter ate with her grandmother and could not believe how bad it was. Recently it was necessary to move my mother-in-law closer to where we live. Upon discharge I was brought her medications to take with us. You can image my shock when there was another woman's medications mixed in with hers. The nurse had assured me she had given my mother-in-law all of these medicines. Of course, when I noted that some of them were not hers, she back peddled and said that oh no she had not given all of them. I spoke with the executive director who admitted their system is flawed. When I said I wanted a refund for the cost of the medication administration because I was not confident my mother-in-law got the correct medicines, he refused. If you are considering Mease Manor for your yourself or your loved one, I would reconsider.
