Jeff H.....probably the best customer service I have ever experienced.....very helpful....tremendous sense of humor!! Would recommend working with him to anyone. I would recommend dealing with him to everyone I know

This place is nice but the employees and I assume the owners seem clueless. Simple questions can't be answered. I asked if the rate is locked in for a few months, and of course they responded they couldn't promise anything because the owners are constantly changing rates. The inside was very warm andnot coolat all The prices are high, yet they claim to be low. I finally decided on Life Storage down the street. Definitely more professional and the manager answered all my simple questions. Its apparently a local family business and the manager said he's new to storage and needed the owners ok for any guarantees. It's a small community and these owners are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Be careful.

I hardly ever put my name on anything or anyone's business, but if there were ever a time to do so this is it. The wife and I needed a storage unit fast due to an unforeseen family issue. As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by the nicest two guys I've met in a long time. Funny thing is both have the same name Jeff. They offered us the best deal and a hassle free move in. So much more I could say but I will let the 5 STAR do the talking. +++++++++

The guy was very rude

Not the same after the manager left, the guys are nice but not very helpful they never have answers they always have to take a few days to find out.

Norissa, Jeff and Roger have been great! We have all my bikes and storage needs safely secured by MMCS. Would highly recommend them, thank you!
