The ease of booking on the NHS app right through to the flexibility in store as I arrived 1 hour early and was seen immediately. The young lady was very professional and had a great friendly manner.

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was seen punctually for my Covid vaccination appointment. I didn’t have a problem with the vaccination being given behind a screen in the main part of the shop but others may have preferred more privacy.
