Nate, the Sales Representative, was attentive to my preferences while also providing his expertise in their large selection. Nate was assisting several customers at the same time and giftedly made each of us feel we had his undivided attention. Mattress Firms prices, guarantees and warranties are excellent. As well as their efficiency in their automated delivery schedule messaging. I am more than pleased with the mattress I purchased. Its comfort level and construction surpassed my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this store and shout out to Nate for making it such a success.

Great experience. Jenna walked us through the selection process in a way that didn't feel like high pressure sales. She just stepped through options based on how we prefer to sleep and kept the needs of both my spouse and I in mind. In the end I think we selected a bed that will really help us get a good nights sleep.

Jenna helped us today! She is amazing. My dad is very sick and needed a new bed asap for when he gets out of the hospital. She spent a lot of time with my wife and I and gave us some great info & help during a difficult time. We purchased a new bed & will have it delivered & assembled by the end of the week.
