Trae is seriously awesome. He spent over an hour with us trying all different mattresses to find the best one for my spondylitis. We didn’t buy first day but came back and purchased the following weekend. We had additional questions and thankfully he even gave us his cell phone number. He was not working the weekend of us purchasing and he even called us to talk and answer questions while he was at a wedding. He also let Mark know we would be coming back in and he was also very helpful. We did not feel like we were speaking to a sales person with Trae but someone who genuinely wants us to be out of pain. We truly appreciate your help with making such an important decision, thank you for going above and beyond!

Mark was an excellent sales person and was very knowledgement about directing me to what I hope is the best mattress for me. One flaw was that he forgot to tell me that there was a charge for your pickup/delivery and set up, which I thought was included. I was very angry that it was just slipped in on my bill, but it was a human error. Forgiven.

My salesman was extremely helpful as well as well educated on the various styles of mattress. He pulled out every mattress for me and explained the pros and cons of each one. He understood exactly what I was looking for and kindly showed me what I needed to correct my issues. If you are ever in need of a new mattress this is the place to go. I went in looking for a mattress on the lower cost side. Our salesman showed us exactly what we went in looking for, and then we tried a couple different mattresses in a different price range. WOW!!!! There IS a difference. We didn't think we could afford the kind of quality we just purchased. The no interest financing with the term length we picked made our purchase more affordable than we had anticipated. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience and the salesman was knowledgeable.
