Reggie is simply the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is the only person who I trust to handle knots that cause me pain because he does so with enough gentleness to make it tolerable while taking the time to massage them away. He is exceptional at maintaining modesty through skilled draping, he checks in throughout the massage to make sure my needs are met, and his spirit and kind heart make the experience that much more comforting and enjoyable. He is a real asset to have at the vintage location and I feel so lucky to have him as my massage therapist.

I had a facial by Sharon 1/28/23. Sharon was excellent and she provided valuable teaching on skin care during the facial! Definitely looking forward to another facial.
I have been a member of this location since 2017 and like many other members I will be leaving this location… I had a couples massage booked today by my girlfriend. She is also a member independently of my account. I Got called today Only a few hours before the appointment by the self proclaimed owner Ashley that there was an issue with my credit card. I explain that my identity was stolen during Christmas and that I would be there to try to setup a replacement for the account. Ashley told me that if I did not pay with the same credit card over the phone immediately that my membership would be canceled. I cannot use the same card as it was stolen lol. After many attempts to resolve this issue with either one of our 2 separate accounts and other credit cards… I was sent a message that my massage was canceled and my membership at vintage. I got a called back from Townlake who said that they could get me in today and noticed that the vintage was still trying to charge me for the massage that They canceled . I understand billing issues and non-payment, but I would like to speak to somebody there at vintage that actually cares about the brand or people having a relaxing massage. I’m fairly certain that these things should’ve been settled during the booking process and not right before the massage but to each his own..
Overpriced imo but very friendly staff. I've gone to urban day spa which is great, but decided to give this place a try because it's in such a nice area. I tried the deep tissue massage that wasn't really a deep tissue - very gentle more like. She did a great job on my neck, but forgot to do my arms and my feet.. or maybe she just ran out of time. That's okay as I understand each masseuse works differently. I probably wouldn't come back unless I tried some of their other recommendations for deep tissue massage (Ceasar is one good massage therapist they mentioned for deep tissue). As I've said the staff was super friendly when I gave them feedback which is very professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. Also some important things to note: my massage was only 45 minutes for a 60 minute massage session. They allow time for dressing/undressing as part of that hour and say it's generally a 50 minute massage. I would recommend going with one of their more experienced/highly rated therapists for an upcharge. I think they said it was around $12 more for one of their experienced massage therapists. I hope you find this review helpful!
They were great at helping to target my pain points and were especially attentive to how I did my strengthening exercises. Very friendly and pleasant experience overal and am happy with the progress and results achieved. Highly recommended!
Staff was kind and the massage therapists we had were wonderful. My boyfriend and I were both new to getting a massage so it was a great and fun experience. They’re thorough about finding out if you have any problem areas to work on, injuries, or preferences. I also love the safety precautions they have in place. If at any moment you feel uncomfortable during your massage session there is a button under the table that silently alerts the front desk and they immediately respond to stop the session. I did not have to use this and never considered it, but it’s something I think is a great feature for someone who needs the security of knowing they’re not trapped there if anything makes them uncomfortable. I think it also shows that Massage Heights is vigilant is making sure their staff and customers are safe.
