Massage Heights Lakewood

Massage Therapists are amazing but the costumer service is horrible. They do not send reminder emails or texts. They called the day before the service late in the day. Phone did not ring, I just had a voicemail. Didn't see the voicemail till after they had closed for the day. Called the morning of the service and they notified me I had to forfeit my massage due to the cancelation policy. I had purchased the 2 service special and since you are charged 50% for cancelations I lost a full massage. The company had my email and my phone number however couldn't send an email at the time of scheduling the appointment or email/text in the days up to the service.

From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The receptionist Christina was so nice & she let me know about a free add on you get with your first visit that I had no idea about. My massage was with Maria, she was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable, it was my second massage ever so I was still new to massages but she did an amazing job, you can tell she really loves what she gets to do! Will definitely be going back

Great experience here! The staff is friendly and I really enjoyed the massage service I received (1.5 hour massage and firm pressure the whole time!). Can't wait to get a facial treatment next.

We had our first massages at the new Massage Heights in Lakewood last week and the experience was exceptional. The staff were very personable and kind and the facility was top knotch. The finish out of the space was top of the line and the robes and linens on the massage beds were amazing. While we have usually have had in-home massages this will be our new "go to" place for these services.

What a great experience I’ve been having at Massage Heights Lakewood. I’ve been going to a Chiropractor for years & not really getting quick results but since I’ve started going to Massage Heights Lakewood my sciatic nerve & neck issues are not an issue anymore. Mr. Eric massages the muscles that were causing these issues & I’m so excited to start feeling better. My membership will keep me coming monthly so the muscles will stay relaxed. Thank you so much.
