Massage Envy

As I’m sitting in the parking lot at 1040 for an 1100 appointment they call to cancel. This is the second time this has happened. My time is just as valuable as their time. And of course all they can say is sorry we can reschedule tomorrow. So I called the one in Oakleaf and they got me in for a noon appointment. Very disappointed in the Fleming Island location. They charge enough for the membership they should have better communication with a customer if staff is not showing up.

Evie is the reason for my membership. Her facials are so customized and personalized. She is constantly learning and applying that knowledge to her work which improves my skin care routine. Would follow her anywhere!

Melissa at Massage Envy (Hibernia location) is amazing. It was my first visit there and I'm definitely going back. Melissa ensured my comfort, privacy and was attentive during my massage. I've been dealing with fibromyalgia the last few years. I wish I had gone to see Melissa sooner. Today, I'm almost pain free. Call and book an appointment with Melissa. You'll be so happy you did.

Evie was AMAZING! This was my first time getting a facial so she talked me through it all and even gave me some great tips for my own skin care routine! I definitely will be back to see her again! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well the girl at the front desk who checked me in was very sweet and helpful as well !

It was my first time getting a massage. I was extremely anxious and Chris helped me through each step. He is a great soul. A consummate professional. And gave me great advice on what kind of massage my body is more comfortable with. It was truly an amazing experience. I will definitely come back. Chris is definitely a 5 star gentle man.
