Very very bad customer service and irresponsible. I got a small complaint about my two wheeler and gave it there They didn't correct anything I said

Extra 20% price for accessories, compared to hero showrooms. In other showrooms if we purchase accessories they fit it for free. Here we have to pay extra 400 service charge.

Though i heard poor commends about marvel, for me it was a good experience, i took a new bike from there and have gone through first service, overall experience s more than good, what s to be improved is... They must more professional in their approach towards their customers, best of luck 👍
