Great center

Sadly this daycare is HIGHLY unprofessional and incompetent when it comes to child care and adult communication. The owner is a racist and is super disrespectful. I recommend no one ever leave their child in this establishment. You will be very disappointed and dissatisfied! Fabian your a poor excuse of a business owner, you need a class in professionalism ! I hope this business never receives any family’s hard earned money

The owner of this daycare is super disrespectful. His wife on the other hand is nice. My children were here. Multiple times my baby got sick, after all the babies got sick then tried to blame it on him. My baby was hospitalized for two weeks with oxygen and he didn’t even feel remorse. He just claimed that the other children got sick because my baby. Multiple times I drop my kids off and the morning teacher would be on her phone. I would have to tell her to get off because my oldest was a runner. He would run after me when I would leave. The doors were never locked and safe. My child’s grandmother went in there all the way to the baby class and no one even noticed it. Horrible don’t take your children here. My son is in Kindergarten and he had to walk all the time far distance from school to daycare without me knowing. I found out because I saw them walking.

First and foremost I would like to say that people will make things up because they are upset at there situations. Now children get bumps and get hurt sometimes while playing this is at all centers nothing serve very minor is what I’m talking about. There has been great communication and students have excelled upon graduation learning sight words numbers colors letters and shapes. Also addition. Students have graduated being able to read. Now if your child has a behavior and you are in denial a child care professional can not do anything further for you. This center has had so very good times. I would recommend this center they believe in teamwork with parents and trying there best.

Positives: The infant and toddler teachers are nice and loving. The Director Ms. Brenda is sweet. Now for the bad: -There is no curriculum here. The kids don’t go outside or anything -No communication. No camera ls to check on your child, no apps, nothing. -My son is always sick and always has some kind of infection from here THE FINAL Straw was: The Male owner Mr. Fabian is very unprofessionally which has ultimately caused me to remove my children and place them in a 4 star learning center!!. I was harassed like a bill collector for a billing error on HIS end, over-talked and spoken to rudely and aggressive. He does not take accountability, does not apologize for mistakes and does not understand how to run a business or customer service. I am a woman but you got the wrong one to talk to that way. I was raised by my Dad and 5 brothers-dont play with me.

Children are continually getting hurt, center never have proper supplies to clean or do activities. staff are encouraged to work while sick. Owners are never at center, staff are out of ratio often. Children are completely out of control with fighting and cursing in classroom. This is a pre K classroom, I'm talking about. Children who are out of control face no consequences Especially the director of center children . Who child has attacked my child a few, I have seen it myself . They hire anyone looking for job dont even have proper training for staff and the kids not learning nothing. Trash center would not reccomend sending ya child here !!!
