After a long exhausting engagement ring search we stumbled into this unsuspecting jewelry store just to see if that had the size stone we could just look at( we had been to 15 plus stores just trying to put eyes on a 3ct marquis diamond). After casually showing Daniel what I had envisioned , Daniel and Z teamed up and made my dream a reality. They had someone travel twice in one day to bring a stone and a similar setting for reference to design my ring. Like I said we had been to all the big named stores and ended up just shopping at Grapevine Mall and found this store. The customer service was excellent and they were knowledge putting all our reservations aside. I can not wait to see our custom ring and will be back for any future big jewelry purchase.
