Had both good and bad experiences here. It’s always overcrowded, specifically after the division it has become suffocating. The management is one of the worse if I can say so. Don’t know if they are underpaid, demotivated or what. But the staff at maroof is the least bothered about treating patients in the right way. Some of the doctors do not even bother checking the patient or taking their history before giving them medication that could be fatal for them. For instance one of their senior gynecologist gave me a medicine that had a high dose of ansaid, something doctors have advised me against. This gynecologist did not even bother letting me know this or asking me if I had an underlying issues. Luckily I checked the medication myself and had a second consultation with another doctor. Unless you are in a very bad situation it’s best to avoid this place.

One of the worse paksitani hospital..start from reception to doctors ..they are untrained, unqualified people...appointment time is 9.30am and we came our 5pm without medical...bcx there is no quidence, just saying sit and wait...they are truly showing why we want to leave pakistan.
Beware. They will charge you for tests that do not exist, insert the canula the wrong way causing you severe distress, and prescribe tests of 50k+ when they are unsure what you even have. Saw a young distressed family come in whose dad was just pronounced dead in the emergency section and the staff completely ignored them, not even responding to their questions. This place lost a lot of respect for me that day. Go anywhere else but don’t go here.
Very disappointed... Male staff in female Gynee section. This is Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Shame on Maroof Hospital Management. Even in Europe non Muslims don't do such things. Only women deal with women specifically un Gynee area. Don't bring your Muslim women to this hospital. For small surgery they charge you fortune. Before you take any decision about this hospital do contact others....
I wish to mark Maroof Hospital negative. It is a private limited company instead, worse of the worse doctors and paramedics. My 7 yrs old son was admitted on 19th May 2022 for nasal surgery in this hospital, took premium room as he require extra care due to sensitivity of his nasal Operation. The operation went well thanks to allah and Dr. ASAD QAYYUM (who is indeed an good ENT Splst, n reason for us to go to maroof hospital). Post operation there was no visit / briefing from the doctors, no doctor bother to see the patient. Next morning i went to the nursing counter n inquire about dr upon which a filthy n full of attitude female dr come by n rudely entered the room with bang from the door (Dr. Nirmala). Then she send an ordinary nurse for IV, which he injected in a wrong position causing sever pain to my kid, the mental stress and trauma this hospital has given is worth sharing in detail so, that ppl will avoid this private limited company. Last but not least, apart from worse medical treatment then come the bill which was 25000 with fake or no services at all, please always read the bill and ask for the details. The administrator Ms Namal then ask accounts to revise the bill with deduction of 25k which was billed mistakenly 😡 It is private limited company.
