The entire crew at Marine Max is very friendly and welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable with everyone. Christine and Melissa are the first people you meet as you walk through the door and they always greet you with a smile, a warm hello and help you find the right person to accommodate you. We had a great experience from start to finish when we bought our Whaler.

I recently attended a boating safety class at Marine Max and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, the beautiful indoor collection of boats for sale and the friendly reception I received from Melissa and Christine. So refreshing to be approached as a potential female boat buyer and not just ignored.
Christine and Melissa are extremely courteous and helpful. They are professional, outgoing and engaging. They are an asset to the organization. I look forward to interacting with them in the future.
I am the Meet & Greet Coordinator for Great Dog Rescue New England (www.GDRNE.com). MarineMax hosted an incredible adoption event for us in January, 2023, and we could not be more grateful! The space was amazing, and Christine, Melissa and Jill were beyond generous, and wonderful to work with. Lots of dogs found their forever homes thanks to them. They were so accommodating in every way. It means so much when a business donates their time, showroom, and considerable resources, to a good cause. Again, we are so incredibly grateful, and can’t wait to do it again. Thank you, MarineMax!
MarineMax in Danvers is an amazing boat dealership with very knowledgeable staff members. Parts, service, sales, finance, administration are all super friendly.
Adam was great. Recently bought a 17 foot Montauk from him at Marine max. He walked us through all the options and answered all our questions. He did everything he could to make sure we got the boat we imagined. Couldn’t of asked for a better customer service experience.
Adam is the best in the business, my next purchase will certainly be at marine max Danvers thanks to Adam’s great service. His boat walkthrough videos are top notch too!
Adam responded to my questions in a timely manner and is very professional. He also has some great videos on their website showing all the features of different boats. I would recommend Adam at Marine Max for anyone who is in the market for a boat! We are so excited to finally be on the water, Adam made it so easy!
The most important thing to me as a customer is not that things always be perfect with a purchase. It’s about how you are treated if something does not go exactly as planned, after all, it’s a boat - there is always something that needs attention! The team at MarineMax Russo in Danvers made me and my wife feel like getting things right for us and the purchase we made was the most important thing they had to do yesterday. We were delighted, impressed, and absolutely excited that so much attention to every detail was clearly on display as we went through the updates and corrections to our new boat yesterday. We are excited to work with the entire team and looking forward to an amazing season!
Very disappointed. For 10 years I have been buying my winterization\overhaul supplies from Russo. Always great. Two weeks back my Dad went to pick up my normal supplies, the parts gentleman said they did not have everything and would call him. We never got a call. I decided to just go there today. I checked the hours open before leaving. I got there and a 'gentleman' in the showroom told me the Parts Dept. was closed. When I mentioned their website and sign said 'open til 4', he just shrugged his shoulders at me. He made a half-hearted offer to get the parts I needed, but sighed that "it's not my job, I don't know how to do this". He made no attempt to locate anyone else, or offer alternative solutions. I realize I am not dropping $100K in there, and they don't need my $200, but it's a shame that the attitude is what it is. Russo's was always a great place to do business with. No longer. I will communicate my experience to the membership of my yacht club and my boating community and let folks decide if they want to do business at Russo's any longer.
