Margaret E. Moore, OD

My experience with Dr. Moore does not deserve more than two stars. Briefly, she speaks very softly and it took several requests for her to speak louder. She did not explain what she was about to do and why and did little feedback for my results. Trying to access medical records by phone is, no surprise, by recording your message. No surprise, no real person. My first call to Medical Records was disconnected. My second call to Medical Records worked. We'll see how long it takes for them to send the records. They did not request a mailing address or an email address. I will not return to Dr. Moore.

Recently had an eye exam with Dr Moore at Refocus in Branford. Felt she did an excellent exam, informative and answered all my questions. Would refer Dr Moore to my family and friends.
