Absolutely appalling service. It went completely downhill since Vijay left. They never answer their phones and have messed up the delivery of my medication on several occasions even when it was marked as an URGENT DELIVERY. They blamed the driver for forgetting it. They have previously said medication had been delivered when I called to ask why it hadn’t arrived yet and they said it had been delivered. They had to resend the medication. The driver must’ve delivered the medication somewhere else which is dangerous and very careless. They never have the medications that myself and my family members need, it always has to ordered. They even lie about it being sorted out. They are very rude and do not care about their customers. They have even hung up on me mid conversation which is the final straw. This is not a cake or food order ordering service, this is a service for MEDICATION they are very unprofessional. I will no longer be using their services..!!

I’ve been with this pharmacy for a while now, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. From the very beginning, they’ve consistently provided outstanding service, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. One of the things I appreciate most is how well-stocked they are. Unlike other places where you’re constantly being told to come back in a few days, this pharmacy always seems to have what I need in stock. I never have to chase prescriptions or worry about missing medication. Everything is ready on time and handled efficiently. What’s also been really impressive is how well they work with my GP. There’s never any delay in processing prescriptions or sorting out repeat medications, it’s all seamless. You can tell they’ve built a reliable system that takes the stress out of managing your health. In short, this pharmacy is a gem. I feel totally looked after every time I go in. The service is consistently excellent, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They make a real difference in the community, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything they do. Highly recommended!
