Group based on fake promises and unending greed. Even after selling the apartment they would buldoze into society through thier puppet reps in RWA and Fintech, a facility management company owned by them. Purpose is to continue looting the residents by producing fake bills, unaccounted works.
Mahima has changed strategy to give best examples is Mahima florenza. At the time of selling their project fake commitments were made, but as we're all aware that they couldn't keep up with those commitments and in reality poor quality work done in addition to leaving the project half baked. Mahima is decieving residents in the name of their maintenance agency Finetech which is Least bothered to listen problems of residents. It was a worst decision to invest in Mahima project. In advertising they showed world class Fishpond but if you will see third class even not operational. Poorest quality construction. Within 6 months seapage problems all around in the society. Lowest quality stones used all around. Water bodies not working due to poor quality and poor equipment used. Maintenance agency is Looting all residents. Builder in not ready to refund IFMD amount to RWA that is with Builder. Can we imagine a builder is doing all such activities which are not good for investors. I will say that Mahima Builder is doing the same. Pls visit Mahima florenza before investing your hard money.
Very disappointed with their quality and services,provides low quality apartments for premium prices.sells apartments on false promises once the apart is sold then they forget their responsibility.
Dear viewer, i have been the customer of Mahima and it's sad to say they are completely not a trusted builder. Asking for the Management expenditure and they are not giving, Setup a Aaru robot app where they manually controll the electricity charges Building flat construction quality is pathetic and use of third grade tiles and i am living in a son called premium society of Mahima so think before investing
I am a resident of Mahima Florenza. Writing review for this project as I would like people to think twice before buying Mahima property. Issues: 1. Lift of one of the towers is still working properly even after one year. Proper handover not taken from Toshiba team. Even after so many complaints, residents are left to suffer 2. Very poor management of Finetech services (a sister concerned) company of Mahima. Complaints are not addressed on time. 3. Pending work of society still not completed as commited. 4. Our society is running in loss just after one year, why? Just because of builder appointed RWA and Fintech facility management services. Very poor state of affairs.
I am a resident of Mahima Florenza but quality of project isn’t as per expectation. Very cheep floring, dirty smell due to not proper working of STP, Lift maintenance issue and much more….Maintenance vendor of Mahima is very unprofessional, take proper feedback and not to go on Name of builder..,

Builder is of no worth. Experienced multiple issues in construction quality, third grade tiles, wall with poor plaster in efficient maintenance management by finetech mahima's own subsidiary.
Residents are very disappointed with the Mahima management agency.. Buying home here is waste of Money. See leakages, cracks to floor everywhere. some owners are reported leakages in flats also.customer service is very bad. The management company of Mahima is very bed.brfore purchase please meet with Florenza and Elenza residence to know Mahima veracity.

Initially they showed that everything is perfect but once you purchased then they will show their real color, their construction quality is very bad, they will not listen any of your complaint, and pending work will always in pending mode.

Since the Mahima group did not keep their promises after buying real estate, I did not endorse any of you. They show you properties with five stars but only give you one. After buying, you must make such expensive maintenance payments and accept facilities of the lowest quality.
Not recommended to invest in this group. They deliver half baked projects ....do not fullfill even 50% of promises done at the time of Sales. Their most of the premium projects like elanza, Florenza, panorama, panache are in dilapidated conditions. They charge highest maintenance across the Jaipur thru it's fintech maintenance agency which in result even do not provide basic facilities like housekeeping and security. Whoever investing in Mahima pls take reviews from people of above mentioned societies of Mahima.
Plz just visit their Mahima Florenza, Patrakar Colony, project interact with actual residents thereat to know status of gap between their claims, advertisement, Brochure and in reality !!
Donot Buy Mahima Group Flats , villa or else. Very costly flats of mahima Florenza and provide very less service. High maintenance they charge and low quality maintenance. So suggest to all donot go for mahima group.
I didn't feel secure living here as a woman raising a child alone since anyone could simply enter this society and no one gave a damn—not the secretary, not the mahima group—about my situation. We were left defenceless and paying high maintenance, yet they didn't even offer basic security. Don't acquire any Mahima properties; they will only provide you fake information.
Mahima appointed management agency Fintech in our society and its an Mahima stater firm, this firm making money from residence maintenance amout and making money for Mahima group.. Our maximum residences are very disappointed with Mahima and Fintech behaviour and working style. Request you all purchasers please come to Florenza and discuss with residents before investing your money in Mahima.
In the year after I bought my apartment in Mahima Flores, the state of society has gotten much worse. They didn't offer a fundamental housekeeping and security service. They made promises to open the waste shafts, but they never did. the Mahima group I'm starting to loathe you guys.
