Paul has been back and forth to my flat for the past two months working on a squirrel issue. Been very effective and efficient including coming over at request when there were issues relating to smelly.

I had a very unfortunately experience with this company. I am allergic to bees. There was a bee next by a window in my house. They had been coming to the house in large numbers with a danger to me. Manchester Pest Control, whom I contacted and sent pictures, erroneously told me these were masonry bees, which did not sting and were completely harmless. This turned out to be not true. I left the house for just one night and the bees came into the house in the thousands. I had to call emergency services, as the house was unusable. I was stung of course and had a bad reaction. The bees turned out to be honey bees.
I am, therefore, concerned about the quality of assessment and advice Manchester pest Control provides to customers.

May i just point a few things out You did not at any time say Your have had large numbers coming into your home
You send a a poor picture to a Mobil not to a email address . You said to us they were wasps (email on our records) we said it is to early. Could be Masonry or honey bees and we told yourself we could call if required a call out fee is payable no reply as you did not wish to pay YOU WONTED A FREE SERVICE do yourself work for free. Why would you just send a picture to us .
with having reactions to bee or wasp/insect stings from being a child
Thank you for your review which seems to be all one sided in favour of yourself. Which we would have thought better of with you working at a Manchester University setting a example to people by not telling lies about the true conversation no l wont a free service because I have a degree.
