I am not sure, How come people are giving such a rating. This location treat the customer as thief's. As an NRI, I have no reason to steal an ornament. It is visible that one of their employee has hided the ornament and wanted to negotiate the price for misplaced ornament. Please don't trust this location.
I am with malabar gold and diamonds last 15 years but now it is not good. It is better to think alternative store. They are not thinking about the customer satisfaction. They are thinking about them self. If you don't come to our store also no problem. Like this they are treating. Really i am feel bad. I don't know why i am with Malabar last 15 years. now i am feeling very bad.
Nice shopping experience. Staff response and collection is super. Wide variety of collections. Multiple models for youth. Negotiations on price. Malabar Gold is always our first choice when it comes to jewellery. The variety they offer and reasonable making charges and the fair price is what stands out for us. Special shout out to Mahesh A of Kukatpally branch who has been exceptionally patient and helped us find what we were looking for. It's nice to be helped by someone who understands and values customer needs.
Very nice and fabulous models are available in the Malabar. Nice Staff & good management with friendly environment. Umar Shareef, I really Thank you for your patience with the choice of jewels until I meet my expectations. Thanks a lot. And for viewers, one thing we need to remember, that we are visiting "any" jewelry shop (not only in Malabar) , Staff has to follow some protocols as per the management guideline. If they already engaged with another customer, the same staff should not continue with the new customer unless he / she finished off the existing customer end to end process as such , management will help us in this case to arrange the idle staff with us. So be patience and have look around the shop on the collection until they may assign their staff. Thank you.
