Hello! Came in on an early Monday morning 8/17 and I got amazing help. I didn’t quite get the lovely ladies name that assisted me but she was so nice, made everything go by super quick and answered all my questions!

They charge to tape your box. Shouldn’t that be part of customer service?

Been using Mailbox Depot for 5 yrs, it's the only place I use for Ebay, Amazon and personal shipping, excellent service.

Nice place smells really nice and has a nice vibe needed to fax some papers lady at front was super nice greeted me when I walked in and everyone else that came in. She had to try several times till finally it worked she was very patient with doing it and she would help customers right away some would come in and out in a blink of a eye. Highly recommend this place amazing customer service
