ast year or so the pharmacy has gone right down. I went in there today there were 6 pharmacists they were all chatting about unworking topics laughing and totally ignoring customers arriving. It looks very unprofessional it looks more like a social gathering. The lady who served me was good. The last several months my medication hasn't been in stock. One time I had to walk to another pharmacy to get my medications. I have used medipharmacy for years. But unfortunately because of the unprofessional staff is really bad. They make me feel uncomfortable. Also the medication which is stored on the shields look very untidy. Recently the Chemist has improved. The staff are acting professional now doesn't look like a social gathering. I feel more comfortable in there. My tablets have been on time so I will give them a 10 out of 10. So hopefully they continue this

Never answer the phone, asked them in shop and they said we do answer it’s probably when user is busy but it isn’t as it continues to ring for ages, first time now they answered and lady was rude

I switched here recently. They are 1st class. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, fast , friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They go the extra mile. Thank you.

How this place is in business I have no idea. They are trying to change there name to pretend that it's a new place but still the same staff. I go and of course "The surgery hasn't sent it over", I got round and am given the code to prove it and they then say "Oh they have just sent it". Next door must go mad with them sending everyone back! The pharmacist lady is just the absolute worst human. She looks you up and down while chewing her gum and has to take her ear pod out to answer questions! So so unprofessional! She is so rude to even the other staff. This women is a bully and should not be in customer facing roles. If they want a rebrand, they should start with getting rid of her!
