“Be cautious before engaging this company.” In my experience, the information I was given before starting a Small Business Restructure was incomplete and did not reflect the real impact of the process. Once payment was made, communication became difficult. The restructure affected both personal and company credit ratings, supplier accounts were closed, and trading became very hard to continue. I would recommend asking detailed questions about these implications before proceeding.

Something really wrong here. I'll be perfectly happy to amend this review if they ever actually get back to me properly, like promised. Noone seems to respond to emails or messages, the chat function is super dodgy as the staff are professionally useless - "I have no access to that, I can't help you" - as opposed to simply forwarding your concerns to somewhere else, in a proactive and polite fashion. Documents emailed are 4 months late. Logins don't work. The chat function is meant to send you a transcript, if requested, but the verification sends the user to a "404 Not Found". Reception could not even advise if the office was shut on Anzac Day!!! I mean, really? I'll be very surprised if any of this actually works. Surely this company has plenty of money to hire adequate staff and return messages properly.

Mackay Goodwin (Marcus Petrovic) provided excellent advice and went out of his way during the Christmas/New Year period to answer all my questions.
