I would like to amend my review. The service manager called me and recognized that his technician made a mistake. He offered to rectify the problem and clean up any messes at my home that the oil caused. I appreciate them owning up to the mistake and will give them another try in the future. I understand that people make mistakes and hopefully learn from them……………… I brought my new Camry in for its first oil change and the technician forgot to tighten the drain plug resulting in oil covering my garage floor and my driveway. Luckily, we noticed before I drove the car very much and completely ruined my engine. I am waiting to hear back from the email and pictures I sent the dealership. I had the problem corrected by a trustworthy mechanic and I do not know if I will be bringing my car back to the Toyota dealership.

Helpful staff answered all questions (even via text while I was on vacation) and made the purchase experience as smooth as can be. They communicated about all features and made warranty options clear and understandable. No pressure for add-ons, just a good understanding of what I needed and they made sure to deliver.

We just bought our 2025 Toyota Sienna from Lynch Toyota, and had an awesome experience thanks to Chad! He was super pleasant, easy to talk to, and made the whole process really comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure, and he was so patient while we took our time making decisions. One thing that really stood out was how kind and thoughtful he was with our family. While we were meeting with the finance team, Chad even hung out with our two-year-old daughter to help us out — which was above and beyond and so appreciated. If you’re looking to buy a car, we definitely recommend asking for Chad. He made the experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly kind of fun!

We went to Lynch because they had a used car I was very interested in. They set up a test drive and the rest is history. Karl was our sales person. And he really listened to what I wanted and was very informative and helpful. Not pushy at all. Jonathan walked us through the final paperwork with ease. Karl helped me set up my phone even when I didn't understand something he was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you all for a great experience and helping me to get the car I really wanted.
