The technicians and complete staff are amazing. They are extremely informative and discuss options and services to best fix what you desire. It's relaxing and professional. With the membership you're able to literally get whatever you want and it also offers great pricing on Botox and more.

I went in for a microneedling session I purchased through Groupon, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I was asked about tretinoin use and told I was fine after stopping for over two weeks, but then reassigned to another provider. The treatment was extremely painful--far beyond what was described--and I could feel the needles going very deep into my skin. I was told I'd be fine after 20 minutes, but that wasn't the case. My appointment was on March 7, and as of April 23, my skin is still about three shades darker than before. This has seriously affected my confidence, and I now feel like I have to wear foundation daily. I would not recommend this spa, especially for those with darker skin tones seeking microneedling.

I bought a groupon for an IPL treatment. I appreciate that they didn't try to "up-sale" me. My technician could not have been nicer or more professional. There is a little sting from the laser but I think it hurt her more than me. I have already scheduled another treatment next month.

I've been going to Luz Lounge for almost 2 years and it's been an amazing journey for my skin. Every treatment suggested is personalized to my needs and all the staff is so sweet and helpful. Lily has been amazing to me and helped improve my skin so much! Would 1000% recommend them.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and my skin health has really improved. The ladies are very friendly and down to Earth they are very honest on if certain treatments wouldn't work for my skin, and always have a safer alternative for me instead. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Great with there customer service. I don't need a lot of conversation during my visit. I like the questions on my previous experiences as to how well or not things went after laser treatment. Will come back for more if it's okay I don't want a lot of conversation during treatments.

Let me reword: I was charged $10 extra to have a few hairs that I missed shaved. I was given the razor for my $10 surcharge.

Messed my skin up terribly. As an acne prone person, I was told the perfect peel would not cause me to break out like the other peels. Now I have to go see my dermatologist because this peel has caused these burning, itching bumps on my face.

I went in for microneddling done this past Wednesday. I had a great visit as always at Luz Lounge. Lindsey was super sweet and perfect for me she has been doing my skin treatments and I couldn't be happier with her and the treatment. I highly recommend this establishment!

this is actually a scam lol i went through and made 2 appointments through their sketchy ass website and it isn't even its own building. it's a unit within an office building that is completely inaccessible to anyone from the outside. i made an appointment for saturday bc that was their only availability. time slots that were available were extremely odd and no one will pick up if you call their business phone number. this is a SCAM. all the other reviews are from ppl w 2-3 Yelp friends and their only review is for this business. they're on GROUPON SO AVOID

Such a good atmosphere! All the staff is super friendly and welcoming, my injector Dahlia is by far the best injector I've ever had! She's super gentle & made the process super easy. Will be forever coming back here to get any future filler/facials

I love coming to Luz lounge! Everyone is so welcoming & knowledgeable about the services they offer. I get my monthly facials with aesthetic nurse Jacquelyn & my skin has never felt and looked better. My mom also gets her Botox with Jacquelyn and she loves her results. Jacquelyn is very gentle & explains everything as she is doing the service. I also get my laser with mayra & have been loving my results. No pain at all. I would definitely recommend luz lounge. If you haven't booked, go ahead and do it. You won't regret it!

I visited Luz Lounge today and got PRP and botox done with Dahlia, and it was AMAZING! I've had so many problems with my skin, but she was able to answer all the questions I had with ease. Very knowledgeable and very sweet. I absolutely recommend her to anyone, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Recently received Botox as a model for Dahlia about 2 weeks ago And I am not disappointed! All my wrinkles in my forehead are completely gone! All in all the facility I'd rate 10/10 super neat & organized! The staff was very welcoming as well!

I feel very comfortable letting them be my one and only go to spot for all things anti-aging! Thanks ladies for treating me like yall would a family member!!
