Store is very clean and staff is super nice. I have tanned for 10+ years and they pricing is the best compared to other tanning salons. Even better, they have multiple other services for me to try! So far I love the red light bed and cryotherapy for the body, looking forward to trying everything else too
I love this I haven’t been for a long time and I didn’t know they had come so far with technology. It worked so well! I checked out a few places, but heard this was the best ask for Rachel! A++++
I went into the Tigard Lux and was welcomed right away. I used the standup bed which was amazing with new bulbs. The salon is very clean and the location is great, you get to tan feel great then grocery shop if needed. Highly recommend!
Love Lux Tan & Cryo! Jamie does such a great job with airbrush tanning. Tan lasted a full 10 days! After care products will definitely help maintain the tan, especially on legs. Tanning beds and all other equipment are super clean, and well maintained! All staff members are highly educated in all they offer in this Med Spa. Congrats on 10 years in the business!
I went into Lux at their Beaverton location on Monday and was very pleasantly pleased by the way I was treated. Laura was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She wasn’t pushy about selling me anything and actually worked with my lower budget to get me what I wanted and need! Thank you, Laura and Lux, you guys are fantastic!!
I scheduled a heated airbrush tan weeks in advance to prepare for an upcoming trip. Two days before my appointment, which was scheduled the day before I was to leave, they called and cancelled my appointment stating they didn’t have an aesthetician available. None of their other locations had an available appointment for the airbrush tanning and neither did other businesses I looked into. At the very least, they should have offered a complimentary tan in one of their booths for the inconvenience and to retain a customer. I will now be going on vacation without a spray tan which is incredibly frustrating. I'll never be using their services again. Poor customer service all the way around. Do better.
My new favorite place! I have to admit I was skeptical at first because of a past experience I had a different med spa but I've been extremely happy with my services at Lux Tan & Cryo. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I felt no pressure to purchase anything and because of that I felt comfortable coming back to buy a few packages. I've already seen amazing results with the T-shock treatment and love the monthly specials. I highly recommend them and the services they offer.
