I have tires changed and stored there. But this will change. Reasons: At the tire change service, without asking me, a rim cleaning service was ticked for a fee. If the rims had been clean, it would have been OK. But they weren't. Instead really totally dusty. Therefore not acceptable. I recently had a puncture in my tire. A colleague refused to patch it, I had to buy a new tire. Otherwise he would be "with one leg in prison". Even some of the colleagues have contradicted him. In the end the tire was patched after all. I wonder how the colleague in prison is doing. I left my car there for something. At the time, a bulb in the headlight was defective. They were replaced without warning. I had already bought replacement bulbs to do the replacement myself. "Generously" they waived the labor costs, but of course not the material costs. It almost goes without saying that one bulb was about 5 times more expensive than the whole set I bought. All in all, I have the feeling that my wallet is more important here than customer satisfaction. That is why I will be lost as such.

I would have liked to have taken advantage of the good service that is advertised here in the reviews. For whatever reason, this never came about. First I had sent an inquiry by email because I would like to have a dash cam installed. Here the answer came quite quickly. After I had sent all my data about the vehicle etc., I actually got a call back in which the ideas were briefly discussed. After the call, I asked again about the model to be installed in order to be able to find out about the functions in advance. The answer was that they had made an availability request and as soon as this was there they would send me the data sheet...... That was the last sign of life from the Fetzer company. Apparently they earn enough there and don't need any new orders. It's a pity, but another company is happy ;-)

Recommendation with restrictions I had my vehicle serviced here. The work was very thorough. The staff is very friendly. The prices are fair. Deadlines were met. Easily accessible as it is in the middle of the city. updated: The last repair was wrong. Scratches in the paint and nothing mentioned. Aggravating.
