Best store in Orillia, well maintained store and the staff is very polite and helpful. They have everything in there store and if they don’t they also get it for customers

The place is awesome and the staff are nice. The selection is amazing compared to the competition in Orillia. In fact it's actually the best!

Some of the kindest and most friendly people i’ve ever encountered, they are all very very sweet and recognize me almost every time i go in. It’s super clean and feels really welcoming, definitely my favourite vape store in the area ☺️

Extremely pushy staff. They didn’t know what a pod system was when we asked. Tried to explain what we were looking for, and they kept trying to sell us other stuff that wasn’t for what we wanted, and was a lot more expensive. Couldn’t answer questions, just kept saying the same thing over and over. They clearly didn’t know much about the products they were selling, and were only trying to make a sale, not actually be helpful. The place looks pretty sketchy from the outside, too. Avoid at all costs!

They staff was so friendly and helpful, the store is very well lit, I ended up picking up a modbox but unfortunately for myself I wasn't satisfied. I had let the management know and they were willing to refund me the original cost as well as make it up to me by letting me have a new product
