I had them come look at my boiler and the technician was honest. Told me I would need a new boiler. He put a quote together in a day and the financing process is super simple and easy. Will definitely be suing them again and recommending them to other people. 5 stars for sure.

We were very pleased with installation of our new tub and surround. It happened that a blemish was noticed in a side panel after opening it and they quickly acted to get a different panel. Then, after the installation was complete another blemish was noticed in the tub. The installer told the office of the situation and they made the decision to replace the entire tub and surround the very next day. That morning the owner of the company came to our house to tell us they wanted to make it right. I was very impressed that he took the time to do that. I would highly recommend this company.
We had Lowden install a 4 ton AC unit in our 1,800 SQ FT bay and I couldn't be happier. After 10 years of owning a screen printing business without AC it was finally time and I was fortunate enough to give them a call first. The customer service was excellent - Lowden was able to explain the difference between a 3 ton, 4 ton, and 5 ton unit without any confusion. I can't emphasize that enough - there were zero issues explaining the price, the unit size, and recalling every detail we had talked about initially and throughout the process. The owner even took notes. When it was time to schedule - also - zero issues. The day they planned on installing the AC was the day the installed the AC. Todd is a rockstar. I walked into our bay the morning after and could've cried happy tears. 10/10 recommend.
