LOUIS CULOT

In every photo of natural stone on the website and Facebook page, the line on the top surface continues nicely to the side panel. This is not the case with us. In addition, the inside of the side panel is completely contradictory to what was ordered. You won't find photos like this anywhere on the internet. Yet Louis Culot claims this is correct? How can this be correct if it is not depicted this way on your own platforms? Several emails have been contacted by Louis Culot, but they are not one step further. Scandalous, even 1 star is too much. Further steps will be taken.

The installers are lost in their brains, how can you make such aesthetic mistakes on such expensive stones? See the kitchen island installed below, and what they promote on websites (same stone). Doesn't look like it at all, lines don't continue and when you talk to them about it they have placed it 'correctly'. I might as well have posted it myself and done it even better.

After very enthusiastic feedback from our architect about how Louis Culot is always able to carry out very accurate measurements down to the last detail, followed by a smooth installation of top materials, we confidently chose this installer. When we discovered a problem with the side top of our kitchen island after 2 years (probably caused by tension), it was replaced very cleanly and quickly. Thank you!

As an interior architect I can only testify about top service and a very beautiful finish. If problems arise, they respond very quickly. I regret that the negative reviews are mainly about the driving behavior of the drivers. Very nice showroom and a very friendly welcome!

I've been waiting for my finished white DEKTON HALO kitchen worktop, 3 cm thick, for more than 7 months now. Apart from receiving a message that the stone will be available this or that week subject to reservation, no reaction from this granite maker. I will shortly file a complaint against LOUIS CULOT, and against KREFEL CUISINE who is responsible for this granite maker. |||Update: The workers from this granite maker came today to install the worktop. They did a very good job. This is why I average the two ratings. And I am revising the final score upwards.
