LOST SOCK LAUNDROMAT

I’ve been going to this place for many years! But the attitude of the ladies that work there not pleasant at all, I left for a bit and kept returning because it’s closer to my house. But last Saturday I said that’s it. The lady gave me a face as soon as she saw me coming in, because she knew I would be the last to leave, finished washing, she asked me to use 4 specific dryers, which I get it because she was cleaning and I was the last one there. When it was time to fold the clothes, she said: you are not folding clothes! I said excuse me? She said , you’re not folding the clothes. I said yes I am. She said I’m closing. I said you close at 11pm don’t you? It was 10:38. She said well ok, but hurry up. I hate the feeling of feeling pushed, specially after a long 12 hr work shift, coming to a place to get attitude. Not good! You guys should train them to give service like Mr. Rodolfo and the owner. They know how to appreciate customers oh and to finish, I was out by 10:54 with my clothes folded, so she can’t say I made her stay after 11pm.

This place is genuinely great. Super nice and clean bathroom. You don't have to have cash to use their machines. Theres an app you can use to pay with card. Super easy to use. Was a lifesaver for me because its hard for me to have access to cash right now Ok and I know this is minor stuff but even small details like the paper towel dispenser being very quick at dispensing and there being an automatic soup dispenser really just tells me that the owner is making sure the experience is top notch

I have been coming to this place for many years since it was taken over from Casey. I have always loved it there. Until they hired a new Hispanic girl who is so snotty and arrogant. I have seen her tell someone they can't do something but then turn around and let someone else do what she told the first person they can't do. She has single handedly made it so I won't go there anymore because I can't stand the way she treats me or other people. I now go to a new one on 4500 a little more expensive and a little further from home but I will gladly pay the extra.

Honestly I used a few laundrymat and this 1 is for sure the best so far. I think the washer do a great job

Owner is super friendly! Clean space, great prices! Love the free dryer days:) + the free WiFi works really well. My family & I love it here!
